Supported Positions and Internships: Unless otherwise noted, these positions are not paid or salaried. Each applicant raises his or her own financial support by building a team of supporters who regularly contribute to their Cru staff account to provide a monthly income. The Ministry is able to focus its resources on sharing the Gospel with the whole world only because these staff positions are generously funded by external donors (family, friends, churches, etc.). All missionary staff, paid staff, interns, and volunteers are committed to serving others until the whole world hears about Jesus.
The Josh McDowell Ministry headquarters is located in the beautiful Hope Center building in Plano, Texas, 15 miles north of Dallas. The Hope Center offers a tranquil, faith-based work/socializing environment, an onsite cafe, free parking, onsite spiritual education, and easy access to area restaurants and stores.
