Primary Responsibilities
Summary of Position:
Partnering directly with the Operations Director, the Operations Manager acts as the operational backbone of Sightline. You will design, align, and elevate daily infrastructure—from optimizing tech and workspaces to streamlining contracts and project workflows—ensuring our team operates efficiently to fulfill its mission. The Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing:
- Champion an inspiring Orlando and Plano office environment and manage facility operations, vendor contracts, space planning, and space/equipment budgets.
- Guide IT strategy and device lifecycles, steward software subscriptions/payments, and partner with the Tech Associate on device management and cybersecurity.
- Identify modern digital tools, design seamless workflows, and train staff to boost collaboration and efficiency.
- Lead internal contract lifecycles (Icertis) as the main operator connecting staff with Cru Contract services.
- Partner with leadership to study feasibility, turn ideas into actionable plans, and lead complex projects using modern project management software.
