Global Regional Ministry Representatives (Africa, Latin America, or East Asia)
Primary Responsibilities
Summary of Role:
As a Regional Representative on Sightline’s Global Partnerships Team, you’ll help extend the reach of our ministry tools by serving Cru movements and the global church across your assigned region. Whether equipping national leaders with new discipleship resources or collaborating with publishers on Bible study translations, your work will help connect strategic tools with spiritual hunger—fueling transformation around the world.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build & Nurture Global Partnerships
- Cultivate trusted relationships with Cru staff, church leaders, publishers, and ministry partners across your assigned region
- Represent Sightline and the Gospel with warmth and cultural sensitivity at consultations, conferences, and global gatherings
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to determine which resources are most needed and how best to serve emerging ministry opportunities
Support Resource Development & Distribution
- Track and manage the translation, printing, and distribution of Sightline resources in key heart languages
- Ensure translations are both accurate and contextualized for cultural clarity and Gospel impact
- Collaborate with Cru leaders to identify new resource development needs and serve as a liaison with publishing partners
Engage Communities & Capture Stories
- Walk alongside national movements and churches to understand their resource gaps and offer thoughtful solutions
- Collect and share stories of impact that demonstrate how God is using Sightline materials on the ground
- Promote tools and content through events, gatherings, and digital platforms
Lead Projects & Steward Details
- Manage region-specific contracts, licensing agreements, budgets, and travel plans
- Coordinate with internal Ops and Legal teams to ensure smooth workflows and clear documentation
- Submit reports and insights to guide strategic decisions and improve global resourcing
ABOUT MISSIONARY POSITIONS
To work with Cru as a full-time missionary staff member, you’ll raise financial support to cover salary, benefits and ministry expenses. We’ll provide you with the resources and training you’ll need to find and develop your team of ministry partners.
