Director of US Partnerships
Primary Responsibilities
Summary of Position:
The Director of U.S. Partnerships leads a team of Ministry Representatives and oversees Sightline’s engagement with churches, Cru teams, schools, and ministry networks across the United States. This role ensures our resources don’t just exist—they land where they’re most needed, with clarity and contextual care. As a key bridge between strategy and implementation, the Director advances our national impact while cultivating relationships built on trust and shared calling.
The Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a national strategy to expand Sightline’s reach across Cru divisions, churches, Christian schools, and other ministry partners
- Build and steward high-trust relationships with key leaders across Cru and the broader U.S. ministry landscape
- Represent Sightline at major conferences, events, and partner gatherings—casting vision and listening deeply
- Coach and support a team of Ministry Reps through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and development rhythms
- Create clarity around team roles, goals, and regional strategies to ensure aligned and effective execution
- Collaborate with Mission Expansion leadership to ensure integration with Sightline’s global vision and initiatives
- Support donor communications and impact reporting by collecting meaningful stories and tracking ministry outcomes
- Oversee systems like Salesforce and Asana to ensure smooth workflows and data-informed decisions
- Model a Spirit-led posture of service and growth—creating a culture where team members flourish spiritually and strategically

To work with Cru as a full-time missionary staff member, you’ll raise financial support to cover salary, benefits and ministry expenses. We’ll provide you with the resources and training you’ll need to find and develop your team of ministry partners.
