Dignity in Design: Proclaiming Inherent Worth Across the Navajo Nation
Field Objective
Affirming the Created
Shattering the Silent Barriers: Providing solid theology training to native pastors serves a purpose far deeper than intellectual growth—it restores identity. By uncovering the unshakeable evidence for God’s existence, native ministry leaders are equipped to champion the truth that every individual possesses sacred value.
Deepening Truth at the Gateway: Navajo Nation Outreach
In April 2026, Sightline global representatives traveled to Flagstaff, Arizona—a city that serves as a major geographic gateway to the Navajo Nation. Spanning over 27,000 square miles, this reservation represents the largest sovereign indigenous territory in the United States. The Navajo people have experienced rapid population growth, with tribal membership climbing to 399,494 by 2020, making them the largest Native American tribal group in the nation. Within this expansive and beautiful land, local native leaders are urgently seeking substantial resources to minister to their people through deep, persistent challenges.
Invited to lecture at the Navajo Christian Bible Academy in Flagstaff, our representatives delivered a rigorous, full-day training intensive focused explicitly on the foundational doctrine of God. The training gathered 21 pastors and church leaders who serve on the front lines of indigenous ministry across the reservation. This strategic initiative represents an enduring investment in the spiritual infrastructure of a community hungry for clear, biblical anchor points.

Navajo Vision: Moving Forward Into Accredited Apologetics
True gospel multiplication requires permanent educational anchors. Following the completion of the Theology Proper sessions, the principal of the Navajo Christian Bible Academy explicitly highlighted an urgent operational need.
To radically elevate their institutional training quality and fortify local outreach, the academy is requesting the development of a formal, permanent apologetics course. By transforming temporary seminars into structured academic pathways, local native church networks will be powerfully equipped for discipling the next generation with deep intellectual assurance.
